Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for digital educational products, from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to best practices and accessibility standards.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and documentation to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our design strategy.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and educate team members on their importance.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, creative work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior UX UI Designer, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design and creative process.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for diverse digital platforms.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-driven design and technology solutions.
• Experience working with educational technology or learning management systems.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
